Assessment is optional and standalone. Reusable discovery reduces the build estimate; there is no automatic full credit. Builds include 30 days of fixes against the accepted specification. New requests are separate.

What does an AI consultant for SMEs cost?
At Clerq: the workflow and systems assessment is £499, a simple workflow is £995 and a connected workflow is £1,500 to £3,000. Bespoke work is quoted individually. Basic care is £150 to £250 a month; active improvement starts at £750 a month.
We are a small team. Is AI worth it?
Sometimes not yet. If the process is unclear, automating it makes it faster and worse. Use the readiness check; if the answer is "fix the process first", that is what we will tell you.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. We build around the tools you already use.
Who owns what you build?
Your team receives the documented workflow and handover. Required software, ownership and ongoing support responsibilities are agreed in writing before work starts.
