These terms govern your use of the Clerq website (aiclerq.com) and any contact you make with us through it. By using this website or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements (Diagnostics, builds, module subscriptions) are governed by a separate written agreement.

The contact form

Submitting the contact form means you would like us to get in touch about a 20-minute intro call. Specifically:

• We will reply to set up a call within a couple of working days
• We may occasionally send a short update on what Clerq is shipping
• That is it. No spam, no selling your data, no third-party marketing

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing hello@aiclerq.com.

What this website is (and isn't)

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Pricing, scope, and timelines for any specific engagement are agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis. Case studies are accurate to the engagements described but are not guarantees of similar outcomes for other clients.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site - the design, copy, mockups, and code - belongs to Clerq. You're welcome to share the link, but please don't reproduce or redistribute the content without permission.

Your data

How we handle your personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect what you give us through the contact form. We don't sell it. We don't share it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
