The recurring task
What starts it, how often it happens and what a finished result looks like.
Workflow assessment
A focused review of one recurring process, with practical recommendations for what to simplify, automate or keep with your team.
The introductory call is free. The assessment is a separate paid service, only agreed if you choose to proceed.
When it fits
You know where work slows down, but not whether the answer is a simpler process, better use of your tools or an automation build.
Bring one process: assembling a report, chasing supplier renewals or handing work between teams. The assessment helps establish what is worth changing before you commission a build.
Already have a defined process to implement? Discuss a workflow build directly. An assessment is not compulsory.
Before the session
What starts it, how often it happens and what a finished result looks like.
Which systems are involved, who does the work and who reviews the result.
Where information gets copied, decisions wait or exceptions need attention.
For the initial enquiry, a brief description is enough. Do not send confidential records, customer details or financial figures.
What you leave with
Your written report sets out three to seven practical moves based on the workflow and evidence available. It is a recommendation, not an implementation or a promise of savings.
See the sample supplier-review delivery plan for an illustration of how assessment can lead into design, build and management. It is not a completed client engagement or the fixed scope of an assessment.
Build work and ongoing management are scoped separately. See all services and prices.
