The sample assumes a team uses email, document folders and a supplier register. The £499 assessment includes preparation, agreed sample review, the working session, a practical report and a short follow-up call. Findings, savings estimates and prices depend on your evidence.

Needs: one agreed file format, required-field rules and a named reviewer. No source records are changed.
Saving to estimate: time spent checking the register, less reviewing the exception list. Baseline not yet measured.
Delivery: schedule after validating the sample; the agreed test checks the list against known missing fields.
Ongoing cost: client-run after handover, or optional basic care at £150-£250/month. Any software cost is confirmed before agreement.
2. Supplier review queue
Illustrative build price: £1,500-£3,000. A connected workflow brings confirmed register entries and document links into one review queue, with internal owner reminders.
Needs: supported connections, agreed access, reliable dates and named owners. Supplier messages remain outside scope.
Saving to estimate: collation and chasing time, less the owner's review. Baseline not yet measured.
Delivery: schedule after access checks, including an agreed trial review cycle before handover.
Ongoing cost: software separately confirmed; optional basic care at £150-£250/month if the agreed scope fits.
3. Candidate-term extraction
Illustrative pricing approach: individually quoted. A bespoke workflow extracts candidate dates and terms with source references for human verification.
Needs: representative agreements, permitted document access, agreed accuracy checks and a reviewer. Legal interpretation is excluded.
Saving to estimate: manual extraction time, less verification and correction. Sample testing must establish whether it saves time.
Delivery: scope and timing follow a successful sample test; proceed only if the evidence supports a useful build.
Ongoing cost: AI usage, software and support individually scoped before commitment.
05 / Build decision and handover
A price for the work you choose.
Each proposed build has an agreed output, exclusions, dependencies, acceptance checks, delivery timing and fixed price before work starts. If several workflows share connections or setup, the combined quote reflects that saving.
Builds include testing, documentation, handover and the first 30 days of fixes against the accepted specification. New requests are separately scoped. Basic care agrees the checks, response window and repair allowance; active improvement work starts at £750/month with its scope agreed separately.
The £499 assessment is optional and stands alone. It does not include software or an automatic full credit against a build. Reusable discovery work is reflected in the build estimate, so the same work is not charged twice. You can use the report without commissioning further work.
