Sample delivery plan

From a process problem
to a managed workflow.

A supplier-review example showing what Clerq would assess, change, build and manage. This is a sample deliverable, not a completed client engagement.

01 / Assess

Find the gap in the process.

Agreements sit across folders, dates live in individual calendars and ownership is unclear. The assessment would trace one supplier review from the signed agreement to the final decision.

Finding to establish: can someone locate the current agreement, verify the relevant dates and identify who must act?

Deliverable: a short report prioritising practical changes, with the evidence and decisions needed before a build.

02 / Design

Make the work dependable first.

  1. One register. Link each agreement to its source, business owner and next action.
  2. Verified dates. Record the reviewer and source reference; leave uncertain terms visibly unresolved.
  3. A decision route. Specify who prepares the review, who approves the decision and where the outcome is recorded.

Deliverable: an agreed process and a clear definition of what the system must do. A well-run spreadsheet register may be enough.

03 / Build and hand over

Turn the agreed process into a working tool.

Where a build is justified, a review queue could bring verified records to the right person. Scope would cover the inputs, review states, exceptions and ownership before development begins.

  • Check that each review opens the correct source document.
  • Keep incomplete records distinct from reviewed information.
  • Test access and the agreed handover with the process owner.
  • Keep supplier decisions and messages under human approval.

Deliverable: the scoped workflow, agreed checks and instructions for maintaining it.

04 / Manage

Keep it useful as the work changes.

Ongoing management can include reviewing unresolved items, checking that ownership is current, addressing agreed issues and prioritising improvements. Activities and responsibilities would be agreed separately.

Deliverable: a maintained process, an agreed record of issues and changes, and a clear owner for the next action.

Start with an assessment.

The assessment is £799: one 45-minute working session, followed by a written report with three to seven practical moves. Your report depends on the workflow and available evidence. Build and ongoing management are scoped separately.
